Tonight's dinner is Gado Gado restaurant, now known as Chez Gado Gado. I must admit that this restaurant is my number one favorite restaurant in Bali. From day one they renovate the Gado Gado night club into a fine dining restaurant, I know my faith in dining will change forever! Hooked on their seafood selections, over the years the selections are changing, some has gone from the menu such as Lobster Tempura, Duck neck salad, and Sushi. But one thing remain in the menu, and its my weakest point, the Chocolate Melted cake. Now listed as the Classic Chocolate melted cake; I never leave the place without having one.
