Madhubani prints (India textiles)

Madhubani painting was traditionally created by the women of various communities in Mithila region of India and Nepal. It originated from Madhubani district of Mithila region of Bihar, hence, it is popularly called Mithila painting or Madhubani painting.

The painting as a form of wall art was practiced widely throughout the region; the more recent development of painting on paper, fabric and canvas mainly originated among the villages around Madhubani. The painting is done with the help of brush / nib-pens using colours (earlier natural / now majorly artificial).

Creativity is infinite! Once you realized that life is not just there for you to live in it, and start to take action to make one for yourself; I believe that the universe will conspire to create one for you.
And if you follow the flow as you work your way to make the best of it, life might revolves around you. You would be so lucky that the ones that revolves around you are your support system--those who stands by you. There is no error in that, no mistakes! It's light after light after lights...

Batik [and barefeet]

Earthing & Grounding is putting the body in direct and uninterrupted contact with the earth. This means that skin needs to touch soil, sand, water, or a conductive surface that is in contact with the earth.

I would highly suggest to take baby steps and walk on earth without foot wear. From a scientific perspective, the idea is that the earth has a mild negative charge to it. Over time, especially in modern life, our bodies build up a positive charge. Direct contact with the earth can even out this positive charge and return the body to a neutral state.

Many people don’t have this contact with the earth anymore, and some experts wonder if this is a contributor to the (many) rising health problems we face today. As a population, we wear rubber shoes and live indoors. In theory, many of us could go years without directly touching the earth at all, even if we’re outside.

Over time, the theory is that this positive charge builds and can lead to health problems.
