We were "assigned" to create 9 vessels for 9 course dinner. Of course when you hear the word "assigned" or "assignment" you'll be in a whole lot of stress. We were not! We were having fun! We were having a blast!
Aside from having fun with the clay, gaining knowledge and inspirations from everyone elses... we had the unique opportunities to meet with, learn from, and sample the genius of many local chefs! We unveil some of the cultural and gastronomic complexities of the archipelago and were expanding our taste buds!
The whole culinary experience allows us to come with shape, texture, colors and beyond!
