Arnold version is this, what's Collin's version gonna be?

Arnold Recall

Collin Rekall

Sharon Stone versus Kate Beckinsale,

Mars versus middle earth,

I dont want to be a total spoiler here, but if you still want to continue reading this, there are a slight difference between the 1990 version vs 2012 version.

The Arnold version was In 2084, Douglas Quaid (Arnold) is a construction worker on Earth, but has troubling dreams about Mars and a mysterious woman there. His wife Lori tells him to ignore his dreams, pointing out how life on Earth is perfect compared to the ongoing conflicts between rival factions on colonized Mars, in part due to actions by the governor of Mars, Vilos Cohaagen, with rumors that an alien artifact has been located in the mines on the planet. Despite warnings from his co-workers, Quaid visits "Recall", a company that uses memory implants to give its clients experiences of fabulous vacations. Quaid opts for a trip to Mars including an optional espionage facet. As he is put under but before the technicians can implant the memories, Quaid violently reacts, claiming they have blown his cover. The company re-sedates him, wipes his memory of the visit to Recall, and sends him home in an automated taxi. Waking up at home, Quaid is soon cornered and attacked by his coworkers, forcing him to kill them to escape. Lori also turns against Quaid, claiming that their marriage is a fake created by memory implants. Quaid leaves her and escapes into the city before armed thugs arrive, under command of Richter, Lori's true husband and Cohaagen's subordinate. and soooo on...

The Collin version is At the aftermath of World War III in 2084, Earth has been divided into two superpowers, the United Federation of Britain (UFB) and The Colony. Following the devastation, brought about through the use of chemical warfare, habitable living space is at a premium and the UFB and the Colony are locked in a struggle for supremacy. Citizens travel between the two nations via "The Fall", a supermassive underground gravity elevator which travels through the Earth's core.Tired of his monotonous life in The Colony and spurred by his recurring violent nightmares, factory worker Douglas Quaid (Collin Farrell) decides to visit Rekall, a company that implants artificial memories. Rekall employee McClane (John Cho) convinces Quaid to be implanted with memories of being a secret agent. Quaid is tested to ensure compatibility but fails and McClane accuses Quaid of really being a spy. McClane and his co-workers are suddenly gunned down by a squad of armored police officers. While Quaid is being arrested, he instinctively reacts and kills the officers before escaping. and soooo on.....
