Live Authentic

Live authentic! Yes, today I want to brought up the issue of about living an authentic life! For me living an authentic life defines as living a life that would not allow yourself to loose self-deprecation, lost from our true being and from nature itself.

Just the other day, a friend of mine posted about how Essena O'Neill; An 18-Year-Old Instagram Star that has left social media because her so called “Perfect Life” was actually making her miserable!
As quoted from this article here (and many more on Elle.com , BBC, etc.) that "Over the past several years, O’Neill has built a social media empire. She explained that when she was in high school, she started posting on a blog, youtube, and social media, and soon became consumed by it."

She completely went the opposite and encourage other young people to live authentic life! This might be another sensation? attention-seeker? (see Nina & Randa's video here) re-branding?
I don't know... but don't look at it from that point of view... Try to rethink about it again... does your life is as real as your instagram post? do you live authentic life? for some people it might be the source of their income; that's good, good for you... as people do have different talents. But think about it... its just sad that you took all your time to do it so that you'll get the thumbs up, the like, the nice comments, the followers, and then you'll go all the way and work harder to support those cycle and got lost in living a life that is authentic.

I am not a fan of superficial life, I support live authentic!
I do eat this for lunch, and it took me less then 10 second to take pict of, I didnt stage this photo/ flat lay it! hahaha...
